I found Jenny Burba and the Creative Resilience Workbook as a result of taking the Design Suite Maker Conference 2025 online. Jenny was teaching a class on making affirmations cards. When she shared her journey on how she got to where she is now and her grief journey, it resonated with me greatly. Along with the course, she supplied a link to her Creative Workbook for taking her course. I downloaded the workbook and started working through some of the prompts in the book. I feel like it is helping me as I am on a grief journey myself. I lost my 36 year old son unexpectedly a few years back and as a creative I had lost my spark in creating. This workbook can help any one dealing with lost in a way that uses art to process it. I highly recommend it.
